Die Augustus Management GmbH, ist Teil einer globalen Investmentgesellschaft, mit Fokus auf Immobilien, erneuerbaren Energien und Unternehmensbeteiligungen. Mit Sitz im Herzen von Berlin (Alexanderplatz) betreut Augustus das gesamte Immobilienportfolio der Unternehmensgruppe.

Täglich arbeiten 65 Mitarbeitende professionell daran, Augustus gemeinsam voranzubringen und stetig weiterzuentwickeln. Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Property Managements, welche für die einwandfreie funktionsweise von Gewerbeobjekten verantwortlich sind,
• Mitwirkung bei den Abnahmen und Übergaben von technischen Anlagen (z.B. Sprinkleranlagen, Brandmeldeanlagen) mit externen Dienstleistern,
• Unterstützung bei Baustellen- und Objektbesichtigung,
• Controlling, Prüfung und Ablage von Dokumentations- und Revisionsunterlagen technischer Anlagen bei Aus- und Neubauten,
• Mitgestaltung von Dokumentationsstrukturen und
• Prüfung und Ablage von Wartungs- und Sachverständigen-Prüfungsprotokollen für Gebäudetechnik

Qualifikation

• Semester unabhängig, wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Studiengang
• hast Interesse an der Immobilienwirtschaft
• Interesse am Projektmanagement und der Funktionsweise von Gebäuden
• du bist 20 Stunden in der Woche verfügbar (in den Semesterferien bis zu 40 h/Woche möglich)
• eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
