By submitting salary data, reviews, or other content to our platform, you grant JobSetuu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of our aggregated, anonymized datasets. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind. JobSetuu does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Salary data is provided for informational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSetuu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
