Jetzt suchen wir dich als Werkstudent:in oder Praktikant:in im Bereich Social Media & Content Creation.

Aufgaben

Bei uns schaust du nicht nur zu. Du arbeitest direkt an unserem eigenen Social-Media-Auftritt mit und nutzt dafür auch unser eigenes Tool. Du begleitest den kompletten Content-Workflow: von der Idee über die Planung bis zur Umsetzung, Veröffentlichung und Analyse.

Konkret heißt das:

💡 Du entwickelst Content-Ideen für KNOWYOURCHAT

🗓️ Du planst Beiträge, Reels, Shorts und Kampagnen mit unserem eigenen Tool

🎥 Du nimmst Content selbst auf — vor oder hinter der Kamera

✂️ Du schneidest Videos und bereitest sie für verschiedene Plattformen auf

✍️ Du erstellst Posts, Captions, Hooks und kleine Storylines

🔎 Du beobachtest Trends und überlegst, was zu unserer Marke passt

📈 Du hilfst dabei, unsere Marke sichtbar und verständlich aufzubauen

🤖 Du bekommst Einblicke in KI, SaaS, Startup-Aufbau und echtes Marketing aus der Praxis

Qualifikation

Erfahrung ist cool. Bock haben ist wichtiger. Was verändern ist am wichtigsten. Du solltest Lust haben, dich reinzufuchsen, Dinge auszuprobieren und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
