  • Entwicklung kreativer Content-Ideen für LinkedIn, Instagram und YouTube
  • Erstellung von Beiträgen, Reels, Kurzvideos und Grafiken
  • Videos schneiden und für verschiedene Plattformen aufbereiten
  • Planung und Veröffentlichung unserer Inhalte
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer Arbeitgebermarke (Employer Branding)
  • Begleitung von Projekten, Veranstaltungen und unserem Arbeitsalltag für authentischen Content
  • Recherche aktueller Trends, Formate und Best Practices
  • Mitentwicklung einer langfristigen Content-Strategie

KI & Automatisierung

Wir modernisieren aktuell viele unserer Unternehmensprozesse mit Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Dafür entwickeln wir unter anderem KI-Agenten (z. B. mit Claude), die wiederkehrende Aufgaben automatisieren und uns im Marketing sowie im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen.

Du unterstützt uns dabei,

  • bestehende KI-Workflows zu überwachen und weiterzuentwickeln,
  • neue Einsatzmöglichkeiten für KI zu identifizieren,
  • automatisierte Prozesse zu testen und zu optimieren,
  • KI sinnvoll in unsere Content- und Marketingprozesse einzubinden.

Qualifikation

  • Du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang – oder möchtest im Rahmen eines Praktikums praktische Erfahrung sammeln.
  • Du interessierst Dich für Social Media, digitales Marketing und Content Creation.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Inhalte, die Menschen gerne ansehen und teilen.
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrungen mit Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro oder ähnlichen Tools.
