Werkstudent Sales, 20 Stunden pro Woche, remote, ab sofort.
Wie der Job aussieht:
Du fängst da an, wo die meisten Setter nie waren, am Anfang. Du verstehst, wie B2B-Sales strukturiert funktioniert, bevor du selbst zum Hörer greifst.
Das heißt konkret: Zielunternehmen recherchieren, Entscheider identifizieren, Leads qualifizieren. Dann, Erstkontakt. Telefon, LinkedIn, E-Mail. Du sprichst mit Geschäftsführern und IT-Leitern im deutschen Mittelstand. Entscheider, die Zeit kosten und Budgets verantworten.
Du erkennst echten Bedarf. Du behandelst Einwände. Du übergibst saubere Termine ans Closing-Team.
Kein Skript. Kein Massendialing. Nur Gespräche, die zählen.
Du bist hier richtig, wenn:
