Du studierst und willst echte Praxis in einem IT-Dienstleister sammeln – statt Kaffee zu kochen?

Bei uns übernimmst du vom ersten Tag an sinnvolle Aufgaben und lernst, wie professioneller IT-Service im Mittelstand funktioniert. Wir betreuen rund 100 Unternehmen in NRW und arbeiten mit modernen Tools (Microsoft 365, Intune, HaloPSA).

Du unterstützt unser Team und die Geschäftsführung dort, wo Hände und ein klarer Kopf gebraucht werden.

Aufgaben

• Vorqualifizierung und Koordination von Tickets in unserem Service-System
• Pflege und Aufbau von Dokumentation und Wissensdatenbank
• Recherche zu technischen Themen, Produkten und Lizenzen (z. B. Microsoft 365)
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Angeboten und Projekten
• Allgemeine koordinative und organisatorische Zuarbeit

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium mit IT-Bezug oder ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC; erste Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft 365 sind ein Plus
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
