Wir suchen zum 01.10.2026 für die Verstärkung unseres Beratungsgeschäfts engagierte und hochqualifizierte (Master)-Absolventen (m/w/d) für unsere SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) und SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Communities. Du nimmst Vollzeit am viermonatigen Traineeprogramm am Standort Heidelberg teil. Im Anschluss kannst du mit deinem Homeoffice-Arbeitsvertrag dort arbeiten, wo du dich am wohlsten fühlst (freie Standortwahl).

Aufgaben

• Du nimmst am viermonatigen Traineeprogramm am Standort Heidelberg teil.
• Du begleitest Projekte von der Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse über Implementierung und Schulung bis hin zur Betreuung im Rahmen des Go-Live.
• Du übernimmst Systemeinstellungen, konzipierst kundenindividuelle Entwicklungen und realisierst diese in Abstimmung mit unserem Entwicklungsteam.
• Du nimmst an Testphasen teil, einschließlich Systemtests und Integrationstests.
• Du schulst Endanwender:innen in der Nutzung von SAP TM oder SAP EWM und erstellst Dokumentationen für implementierte Lösungen.
• Du wirkst aktiv an der Gestaltung von Unternehmens- und Lösungsprozessen mit.

Qualifikation

• Du hast einen Master oder ein Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, -informatik, -wissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften mit Erfolg abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse einem der folgenden Fachgebiete mit: Supply Chain Management, Produktion oder Logistik.
• Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Logistik- und IT-Themen.
• Du hast vielleicht schon erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP-Lösungen (EWM/WM/TM/ERP) oder Digitalisierung sammeln können.
• Deine Stärken verortest du in den Bereichen analytischer Fähigkeiten, Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikations-/Präsentationsfähigkeit.
• Du verfügst über Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Du bist bereit national und international zu Reisen.
