Du durchläufst in deinem Onboarding unterschiedliche Pakete - von 1o1 Sessions bis Online Formate, damit du dein TikTok Shop Know How aufbaust und alles rund um Creator Management lernst. Hier wirst du nicht monatelang Videos schauen, sondern ab Woche 1 direkt erste Aufgaben zu deinen Onboarding Paketen übernehmen.
- Creator Sourcing & Onboarding:
- Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Creator pro Monat – passend zur Brand, zur Zielgruppe und zum Produkt
- Du steuerst den gesamten Onboarding-Prozess: von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Vertragsabwicklung bis zum ersten Posting
- Du hast ein Gespür dafür, welcher Creator zu welcher Brand passt – und welcher nicht
- Creator Management & Kommunikation:
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für mehrere Affiliates gleichzeitig – du hältst die Beziehung warm, gibst klares Feedback und sorgst dafür, dass Creator performen
- Du erstellst Briefings, die Creator nicht nur informieren, sondern wirklich aktivieren
- Du koordinierst Content-Produktionen und sorgst dafür, dass Output-Qualität und Timelines stimmen
- Performance & Optimierung:
- Du trackst die Performance deiner Creator konsequent: GMV, Affiliate-Sales – und weißt, was die Zahlen bedeuten
- Du leitest Maßnahmen ab, optimierst das Creator-Setup kontinuierlich und skalierst, was funktioniert
- Du bringst deine Learnings strukturiert ins Team und entwickelst gemeinsam neue Standards
