- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of the team's codebase.
- Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed project plans and specifications.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, and other front-end technologies.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails for backend development.
- Experience with secure coding practices, including encryption and access controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
