Lead Developer Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Developer to join our fast-growing tech company in the software development field. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional who is passionate about creating high-quality software solutions. The Lead Developer will lead a team of software developers, oversee project development, and drive the technical vision of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Lead a team of software developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement technical solutions that address complex problems and meet the needs of the organization.
- Lead the development of new technologies and tools that improve the organization's technical capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on the quality of code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on the code of team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based development tools such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium or Postman.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Python or R.
