Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

Support & Kundenbetreuung

• Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen rund um unsere Softwareprodukte – per Ticket, Telefon und Remote-Session.
• Du analysierst und behebst technische Probleme und begleitest Kunden aktiv bei Installation, Konfiguration und Updates.
• Du baust echte Kundenbeziehungen auf: Du kennst deine Accounts, verstehst deren Umgebung und bist proaktiv erreichbar – nicht nur reaktiv.
• Du dokumentierst Anfragen und Lösungen in unserem Ticket-System und erkennst wiederkehrende Muster.

KI-Entwicklung & Produktunterstützung

• Du entwickelst, testest und optimierst KI-gestützte Tools und Workflows – sowohl für interne Prozesse als auch als eigenverantwortliche Beiträge zur Produktentwicklung.
• Du übernimmst kleinere Entwicklungsprojekte, die das Hauptentwicklungsteam entlasten – zum Beispiel die Modernisierung oder Neuentwicklung veralteter Tools in aktuelle Technologien.
• Du evaluierst bestehende Tools kritisch: Was lässt sich mit KI-Unterstützung verbessern, neu aufsetzen oder effizienter gestalten?
• Du bringst Ideen aus dem direkten Kundenkontakt in die Produktentwicklung ein – und setzt manche davon selbst um.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, bist aber in der Lage, kleinere Projekte eigenständig von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung zu begleiten.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder vergleichbar.
• Erfahrung im technischen Support oder Customer Success – du weißt, wie man Kunden nicht nur zufriedenstellt, sondern begeistert.
• Grundlegende Entwicklungserfahrung: Du kannst nicht nur scripten, sondern hast Freude daran, auch mal ein kleines Projekt von Grund auf neu zu bauen oder ein bestehendes Tool zu modernisieren.
• Praktische Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an KI-Tools (z. B. LLM-basierte Assistenten, Prompt Engineering, Automatisierungen mit KI-APIs).
• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows-Umgebungen sowie Datenbanken (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) und Webservern / PHP.
• Kenntnisse in Scriptsprachen (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python o. ä.) – du schreibst gerne kleine Automatisierungen.
• Grundkenntnisse mit Linux-Umgebungen und Netzwerkanalyse (z. B. Wireshark) von Vorteil.
• Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich.
• Eigeninitiative, Neugier und die Bereitschaft, Neues auszuprobieren – auch wenn es noch keinen fertigen Prozess dafür gibt.
