Ein Name, eine Mission: wir werden autonomes Fahren in Deutschland verfügbar machen. Mit der von uns entwickelten KI sind wir auf dem Weg, das erste zertifizierbare Level-4-Autonomiesystem Europas auf die Straße zu bringen. Seit 2017 arbeitet unser Team aus verschiedenen Bereichen Hand in Hand daran, dies zu bewerkstelligen. Aufgaben

• Du bist die treibende Kraft in der Abstimmung mit internen und externen Beteiligten. In Meetings mit unseren Partnern und Kunden trittst du als kompetenter Ansprechpartner auf und baust starke Brücken zwischen den Welten
• Du nimmst Systemvorschläge unter die Lupe. Mit deinem Gespür für IT-Architektur und IT-Sicherheit bewertest du Risiken frühzeitig und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme stabil und zukunftssicher bleiben
• Schnittstellen sind für dich kein Fremdwort – du verstehst, wie moderne APIs funktionieren, und nutzt dieses Wissen, um technische Anforderungen im Team optimal zu übersetzen
• Du behältst den Überblick. Durch kontinuierliche Überwachung und smarte Fehleranalysen spürst du Schwachstellen auf und entwickelst proaktiv Strategien, um Risiken im Keim zu ersticken
• Gesetzliche Vorschriften und regulatorische Fragen schrecken dich nicht ab – du durchdringst sie und stellst sicher, dass unsere Projekte immer auf der sicheren Seite der Compliance stehen
• Vom ersten Konzept bis zum Go-Live: Du verantwortest das Anforderungsmanagement, strukturierst die Projektplanung und steuerst die Umsetzung zielgerichtet zum Erfolg

Qualifikation

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem technischem Bezug
• Mehrjährige (idealerweise ca. 5–7 Jahre) fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der du komplexe Vorhaben erfolgreich ins Ziel gesteuert hast
• Du bringst Erfahrung aus der Welt der Mobilität mit – sei es im Automotive-Sektor, der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder verwandten Tech-Branchen
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von funktionaler Sicherheit (ISO 26262) und Cybersicherheitstechnik (ISO/SAE 21434) sowie die Fähigkeit, sicherheitskritische Auswirkungen bereits in der Projektdefinitionsphase zu bewerten
• API-Integrationen, der Software-Development-Lifecycle (SDLC) und Systemanforderungen sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern gelebte Praxis
• Du besitzt das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl und politisches Gespür, um auch in vielschichtigen Stakeholder-Strukturen souverän und erfolgreich zu agieren
• Du kommunizierst klar, transparent und findest auf jedem Parkett den richtigen Ton
• Es fällt dir leicht, die Interessen von MOTOR Ai nach außen hin stark und sympathisch zu repräsentieren
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
