Die Modern Drive Technology GmbH (MDT) ist ein Full-Service-IoT-Cloud-Integrator mit Fokus auf OEMs und Maschinenproduzenten. Mit unserer offenen Plattform ermöglichen wir Herstellern, ihren Maschinen und Produkten eine eigene, vollständig gebrandete digitale Servicewelt zu geben – ohne selbst eine Cloud-Infrastruktur aufbauen zu müssen.

Ob Fernwartung, Predictive Maintenance oder datenbasierte After-Sales-Services: Wir liefern die technologische Grundlage, damit OEMs ihren Kunden smarte Mehrwerte anbieten und neue Geschäftsmodelle erschließen können.

Aufgaben

Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserem Entwicklungsteam. Du verstehst, was Kunden wirklich brauchen, formulierst es technisch präzise und stellst sicher, dass Projekte strukturiert, termingerecht und im Sinne des Kunden umgesetzt werden.

Dabei bringst du eigene Einschätzungen zu Anforderungen und Prioritäten ein – die finale Roadmap-Entscheidung triffst du gemeinsam mit der Entwicklungsleitung und der Geschäftsführung. Du hältst beide Welten zusammen: die des Kunden und die des Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Anforderungsaufnahme & Spezifikation – du führst Gespräche mit Kunden, erkennst den eigentlichen Bedarf und übersetzt ihn in klare User Stories und Tickets für das Dev-Team
  • Kunden-Onboarding & Betreuung – du begleitest neue Kunden von der ersten Integration bis zum produktiven Betrieb und bist langfristiger Ansprechpartner
  • Produktdemos & Kundenpräsentationen – du präsentierst unsere Plattform überzeugend, technisch fundiert und auf den jeweiligen Kunden zugeschnitten
  • Koordination & Kommunikation – du hältst Kunden über Projektstatus auf dem Laufenden und sorgst dafür, dass das Dev-Team stets die richtigen Prioritäten kennt
  • Roadmap-Input – du bündelst Kundenfeedback und Marktanforderungen und bringst sie strukturiert in die Abstimmung mit Entwicklungsleitung und Geschäftsführung ein

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Technisches Grundverständnis – du weißt, wie APIs, Cloud-Architekturen und Softwareentwicklung funktionieren, auch wenn du selbst nicht codest
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, z.B. in agilen Projekten (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick – du kannst technische Sachverhalte für Kunden verständlich machen und Kundenwünsche präzise ins Team übersetzen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Von Vorteil – aber kein Muss:

  • Erfahrung im IoT-, SaaS- oder Industrieumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Jira, Linear, Notion)
  • Erfahrung mit API-Dokumentation oder technischen Spezifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Kundenprojektgeschäft mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
