Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end and front-end functionalities of web applications and services. You will work closely with a team of designers, engineers, and product managers to create high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Your responsibilities will include:

- Dynamically create and manipulate web content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Develop and optimize responsive front-end applications using frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
- Work with the back-end development team to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
- Create and test server-side code using Ruby on Rails or Django.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for the application.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure applications meet user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines.
- Build and maintain a solid understanding of backend technologies, such as Node.js, Python, and SQL databases.
- Adapt to new technologies and frameworks to keep up with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the application and contribute to the development of technical documentation.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ensure applications are secure and comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on front-end and back-end development.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Django, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
