Wir unterstützen diese bei ihrer Digitalisierung und bringen unser Know-how sowie neue Technologien in unsere eigenen Projekte und Dienstleistungen ein.

Die Rolle

Im Team “Strategic Partnerships” bist du für die Identifizierung, Kontaktaufnahme und den Abschluss strategischer Kooperationen in der DACH-Region und darüber hinaus verantwortlich. Zudem übernimmst du das Management und den Ausbau bestehender Partnerschaften. Wir sind aktuell ein kleines Team von drei Personen und suchen jemanden, der uns dabei hilft, unseren Partnerschaftsbereich auf- und auszubauen.

Aufgaben

  • Identifizierung und Recherche von möglichen Partnerschaften
  • Direkte Ansprache und Lead-Generierung
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer aktuellen Datenbank mit relevanten Leads
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen
  • Follow-up und Account Management
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über Aktivitäten, Ergebnisse, Kennzahlen und neue Chancen

  • Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Organisationen und hast Erfahrung im Abschluss von Vereinbarungen, die das Geschäftswachstum fördern.
  • Du bist proaktiv, top organisiert und in der Lage, Partnerschaftsmöglichkeiten zu analysieren, die das Netzwerk des Unternehmens erweitern und Zugang zu wertvollen Daten oder Ressourcen ermöglichen.
  • Du kannst gute Beziehungen zu internationalen Kollegen aufbauen und dich flexibel an verschiedene Umgebungen und Arbeitsgruppen anpassen.
  • Du bist bereit zu reisen und das Unternehmen auf Events zu repräsentieren.

Was wir voraussetzen

  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Partnermanagement, in der Geschäftsentwicklung (Business Development) oder im Vertrieb, inklusive starker Networking-Fähigkeiten.
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, Deals, kommerzielle Kooperationen oder Partnerschaften erfolgreich abzuschließen.
  • Strategisches Denken: Fähigkeit Accounts/Partner zu analysieren, Chancen zu erkennen und Verbesserungen vorzuschlagen.
  • Starke Fähigkeiten im Follow-up und Account Management; Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Schlüsselpartnern.
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Die Fähigkeit, Mehrwerte klar und überzeugend zu vermitteln.
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Geschäftsdaten und Kunden Metriken.
  • Proaktivität sowie die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
