Wir suchen einen Senior IT Consultant als Experten für die Materialbedarfsplanung im Rahmen einer umfassenden S/4HANA Transformation. Die Rolle umfasst die eigenständige fachliche Beratung sowie die technische Unterstützung im Application Management für die Bereiche Materialwirtschaft (SAP MM) und Disposition innerhalb einer komplexen Instandhaltungslandschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse und Bewertung fachlicher Anforderungen im Bereich SAP MM

• Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Lösungsvorschlägen, insbesondere bei Abweichungen vom SAP-Standard

• Erstellung von Grob- und Feinkonzepten gemäß Vorgaben des ISI-Koordinatorenkreises

• Programmierung, Customizing und technische Umsetzung von SAP MM-Komponenten inkl. Schnittstellen zu SAP PP, PM und ggf. BW

• Fehlerbehebung aus Testphasen sowie Qualitätssicherung

• Erstellung von System- und Projektdokumentationen (technische Dokumentation, Konzeptpapiere, Lieferpakete, Handbücher)

• Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung von Testdaten und Begleitung von Funktionstests

• Erstellung und Übergabe von Lieferpaketen inkl. Transportaufträgen

• Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung bestehender Schnittstellen

• Sicherstellung stabiler Integration zwischen Anwendungen und Systemen

• Analyse und Optimierung von Datenflüssen in der Instandhaltungsabwicklung

• Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzvorgaben

• Umsetzung von Anforderungen zur Datenverarbeitung (z. B. Anonymisierung personenbezogener Daten)

Muss-Anforderungen

• Erfahrung in der Analyse und Umsetzung von Systemanpassungen, Migrationen oder Transformationsprojekten im SAP-Umfeld in deutscher Sprache, nachgewiesen durch mindestens 2 Referenzen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern sowie in der Moderation von Workshops und in der fachlichen Beratung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten SAP-Modulen im Umfeld der Materialwirtschaft und Disposition (MM, PP) einschließlich Customizing-Grundlagen mit einer Erfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement komplexer SAP-Anwendungen mit großer Nutzerbasis von mindestens 5 Jahren
