Deine Rolle

• Strategisch und themensicher: Du entwickelst individuelle PR Strategien für Kunden aus dem B2B- und B2C-Bereich – mit klarem Fokus auf Themenplatzierung in relevanten Medien. Dabei bringst du journalistisches Denken und strategische Kommunikation zusammen.
• Beratend auf Augenhöhe: Du steuerst die Kommunikation mit deinen Kund*innen professionell, planst vorausschauend (z. B. mit Quartalsplänen & KPIs) und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf. Du bringst proaktiv Themen ein – und entwickelst die Kommunikation deiner Kund*innen kontinuierlich weiter. Du bist Sparringspartner*in auf C-Level-Augenhöhe, nicht Auftragsempfänger*in.
• Teamorientiert & offen: Du teilst dein Wissen, gibst und nimmst Peer-to-Peer-Feedback über alle Erfahrungslevel hinweg, ohne Gatekeeping, mit echtem Interesse an gemeinsamer Weiterentwicklung.
• Vorne auf der AI Welle: Du arbeitest aktiv mit unserem internen AI-Stack. Recherche, Pitch-Vorbereitung, Themen-Scouting – wo Maschinen schneller sind, lassen wir sie machen. Du investierst die gewonnene Zeit in Substanz, Beziehungen und Kreativität.
• Aktives Netzwerken: Du baust und pflegst belastbare Beziehungen zu Journalist*innen aus den wichtigsten Medien im DACH Raum und Europas.

Wer du bist

• 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen PR, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld, und hast Kund*innen nachweislich eigenständig in deutschen Leit- und Fachmedien platziert.
• Du bringst fundierte Beratungskompetenz mit, analysierst Zielgruppen und Märkte, übersetzt Unternehmensziele in PR Strategien, leitest messbare Maßnahmen ab und begleitest deine Kund*innen als verlässliche* Sparringspartner*in auf Augenhöhe.
• Du hast ein belastbares Netzwerk zu Journalist*innen und weißt, wie man vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufbaut und pflegt.
• Du beobachtest die Nachrichtenlage aktiv und erkennst Themenpotenziale, bevor andere sie auf dem Schirm haben.
• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst dich ins Team ein und teilst dein Wissen offen.
• Du nutzt KI-Tools pragmatisch, um Prozesse zu beschleunigen, damit mehr Zeit für inhaltliche Tiefe und kreative Ideen bleibt.
• Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2- Niveau, kannst auch auf Englisch professionell kommunizieren und lebst in Deutschland

• Journalistische PR statt Massenversand: Bei uns gibt es keine generischen Pressemitteilungen oder Gießkannenverteiler. Wir arbeiten individuell, redaktionell und mit klarer Themenstrategie und pitchen gezielt per Telefon bei passenden Journalist*innen aus einem breiten Medienspektrum.
