Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager – Digital Retail (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die strategische und operative Steuerung unseres Influencer-Marketings mit klarem Fokus auf Retail Impact – sowohl für unseren Online-Shop als auch für unsere stationären Vertriebskanäle. Ziel ist es, Influencer:innen als messbaren Wachstumstreiber entlang der gesamten Customer Journey zu etablieren.
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Influencer-Strategie mit Fokus auf Umsatzwachstum (D2C + Retail/Wholesale)
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Influencer-Kampagnen mit klaren KPI-Frameworks (z. B. ROAS, CAC, Retail Sell-out, Store Traffic)
- Budgetplanung und -verantwortung inkl. Forecasting und Performance-Controlling
- Verständnis für Retail-Strukturen (z. B. Sell-in vs. Sell-out, Handelsmarketing, POS-Mechaniken)
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Creators, Agenturen und Plattformen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, CRM, zur Verzahnung von Kampagnen
- Entwicklung von Retail-spezifischen Influencer-Aktivierungen (z. B. POS-Kampagnen, Geo-Targeting)
- Analyse und Reporting von Kampagnen-Performance sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Identifikation neuer Trends, Plattformen und Creator-Formate im Retail- und Social-Commerce-Umfeld
Qualifikation
- 3 – 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing, idealerweise im Konsumgüter-, Beauty- oder Lifestyle-Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in performance-orientierten Kampagnen (nicht nur Awareness)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit KPIs und Tracking-Tools
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern
- Gespür für Markenführung, Content und Creator-Fit
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strategisches Denken
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Based in Berlin
