Gestalten Sie mit uns die Zukunft der Personalarbeit. Als Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle als strategischer Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte und Management, begleiten Veränderungsprozesse und prägen die Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenskultur nachhaltig mit.

Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Steuerung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen sowie Begleitung arbeitsrechtlicher Sachverhalte
  • Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in strategischen Personalthemen
  • Begleitung von Transformations-, Organisationsentwicklungs- und Change-Prozessen
  • Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Tochtergesellschaften
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender HR-Projekte
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung moderner HR-Prozesse und -Instrumente
  • Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare personalwirtschaftliche Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion, idealerweise als HR Business Partner oder HR Manager
  • Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht
  • Erfahrung in der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Führungskräften
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Veränderungsprozessen und HR-Projekten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
