Aufgaben

Cloud & Infrastructure Automation

• Du konzipierst, entwickelst und automatisierst moderne Cloud-Infrastrukturen mit Terraform sowie Configuration-Management-Tools wie Ansible, Chef oder Puppet.
• Du entwickelst skalierbare Infrastructure-as-Code-Lösungen und etablierst Best Practices für den Betrieb moderner Plattformen.

CI/CD & Plattform Engineering

• Du entwickelst, optimierst und betreibst moderne CI/CD-Pipelines mit Tools wie GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps oder GitHub Actions.
• Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Einführung effizienter DevOps-Prozesse und einer hohen Automatisierung.

Container & Kubernetes

• Du administrierst und optimierst Kubernetes-Cluster (AKS, EKS, GKE oder On-Premises).
• Du implementierst moderne Deployment-Strategien, GitOps-Ansätze und sorgst für Skalierbarkeit, Hochverfügbarkeit und Sicherheit der Plattformen.

Monitoring, Security & Beratung

• Du etablierst Monitoring- und Observability-Lösungen mit Tools wie Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus oder Grafana.
• Du implementierst Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen (IAM, Zertifikatsmanagement, Vulnerability Management).
• Du berätst unsere Kunden bei Multi-Cloud- und Hybrid-Cloud-Strategien und unterstützt sie auf ihrem Weg zu einer modernen DevOps-Organisation.
• Du begleitest technische Architekturentscheidungen und unterstützt weniger erfahrene Kolleg:innen als Mentor:in.

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) oder Cloud Engineering.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform, einschließlich modularer Architekturen.
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines und modernen Automatisierungsprozessen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb und der Administration von Kubernetes.
• Erfahrung mit mindestens einem Hyperscaler (AWS, Microsoft Azure oder Google Cloud Platform).
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Skript- oder Programmiersprache wie Python oder Go.
• Erfahrung mit OpenShift oder Rancher ist von Vorteil.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch (C1)- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Bereitschaft, gelegentlich zu Kund:innen zu reisen.
• Gehaltsspanne für diese Position (Senior-Level): 75.000 € – 95.000 € brutto/Jahr. Die finale Einstufung erfolgt abhängig von Erfahrung und Skillset
