Lead Full-Stack Developer Position
Our fast-growing tech company is seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing complex software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be working closely with our development team to ensure the highest quality of work and to contribute to the overall success of our projects.
We are looking for a developer who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software and who is passionate about creating innovative solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. You should have a strong foundation in JavaScript and React, as well as a solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js and databases like MongoDB. You should also have experience with popular frontend frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
In this role, you will work closely with our product and design teams to understand the needs of our customers and translate those into working software solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the back-end systems that support our front-end applications, as well as the development of new features and improvements to existing ones. You will be responsible for collaborating with other developers to ensure that the development process is efficient and effective, and you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior developers on the team.
