Senior Full-Stack Developer
#### Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. This role requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
#### Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Maintain Software Applications:
- Design, develop, and maintain complete software applications using a variety of front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Python, and Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Implement security measures to protect applications and data.
2. Back-end Development:
- Develop robust back-end services using Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using appropriate frameworks and libraries.
- Handle database operations using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth.
3. Front-end Development:
- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React or Angular.
- Create high-quality components, maintainable codebases, and efficient state management systems.
- Implement user-friendly design patterns and accessibility standards.
- Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write unit tests and integration tests using JUnit, Mocha, or Jest for back-end services.
- Conduct automated and manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the application.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment practices.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure effective team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and solutions to the development team.
- Work closely with designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into application features.
6. Documentation and Version Control:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including API documentation, user guides, and technical architecture diagrams.
- Implement version control using Git and ensure that code changes are tracked and reviewed.
- Use appropriate version control practices to maintain code consistency and traceability.
7. Support and Maintenance:
- Provide support to the development team for existing applications and assist in resolving issues.
- Ensure that all applications are kept up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
- Participate in regular code reviews to ensure that the team adheres to the established coding standards and best practices.
#### Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in multiple front-end (React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python/Ruby on Rails) technologies.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mocha, Jest).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Basic understanding of security practices and security frameworks (JWT, OAuth).
2. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
3. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Experience with security practices and frameworks.
4. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
5. Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
