Hinter der Marke Momento Akustik steht das Familienunternehmen By Jacobsen, das seit 1996 nahe der Fördestadt Flensburg ansässig ist und heute hochwertige Akustiklösungen entwickelt und produziert. Unser Gesicht nach außen ist Momento Akustik — unser Markenauftritt im D2C-Bereich. An unserem Standort in Harrislee arbeiten ca. 85 Mitarbeitende täglich daran, dass unsere Akustikpaneele in bester Qualität bei den Kund:innen ankommen. Entwicklung, Produktion und Versand laufen komplett bei uns vor Ort — Made in Germany, aus einer Hand.

Wir entwickeln unser Produktportfolio aktiv weiter — und brauchen jemanden, der dafür sorgt, dass neue Ideen nicht in der Schublade landen, sondern konsequent zur Marktreife geführt werden.

Deine Mission

Du bist der zentrale Taktgeber für unsere Produktentwicklungsprojekte — von der ersten Idee bis zur Markteinführung. Du sorgst dafür, dass Projekte Struktur bekommen, Momentum halten und jederzeit transparent sind. Deine Führungskraft und die Geschäftsführung wissen bei dir immer, wo ein Projekt steht.

Aufgaben

Projektsteuerung

• Neue Entwicklungsprojekte von Grund auf strukturieren: Bestandsanalyse, Anforderungen klären, Meilensteine definieren
• Laufende Projekte aktiv tracken, Fortschritt nachhalten und bei Blockaden konsequent eskalieren
• Single Point of Contact für den Projektstatus — intern jederzeit auskunftsfähig

Kommunikation & Reporting

• Enge Abstimmung mit COO, CMO und Produktverantwortlichen
• Regelmäßiges, strukturiertes Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
• Koordination an den Schnittstellen zu Einkauf, Produktion und externen Partnern

Qualifikation

• Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement — Erfahrung zählt mehr als Abschlüsse
• Ausgeprägte Stärke in Organisation, Struktur und Kommunikation
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise — du bleibst von dir aus dran, ohne dass jemand nachhaken muss
• Solides Knowhow in klassischen PM-Methoden
• Branchenkenntnisse in Akustik oder Innenausbau sind willkommen, aber kein Muss
