Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in Dresden suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Projektleiter Technisches Gebäudemanagement (m/w/d)“

Aufgaben

• Sie leiten Umbau- und Modernisierungsprojekte von der Bedarfsermittlung über die Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
• Sie koordinieren Planungsbüros, Dienstleister und ausführende Unternehmen und stellen die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards sicher
• Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen und Qualitätsprüfungen technischer Anlagen
• Sie betreuen die Gerätewirtschaft, pflegen Stammdaten im SAP-System und unterstützen interne Ansprechpartner während des gesamten Lebenszyklus technischer Anlagen
• Zusätzlich verantworten Sie die Dokumentation von Räumen, Anlagen und technischen Daten sowie die Koordination von Inventuren

Qualifikation

• Grundlage bildet ein abgeschlossenes Studium, bspw. als Ingenieur Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d), Ingenieur Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (m/w/d) oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Projektmanager Technisches Gebäudemanagement (m/w/d), Ingenieur Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d) oder Techniker Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d) mit
• Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Steuerung technischer Projekte sowie idealerweise über Kenntnisse im technischen Gebäudemanagement
• Zusätzlich sind Kenntnisse in SAP sowie Erfahrungen mit CAD-Anwendungen von Vorteil
• Wichtig sind Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
