Sechs Sparten bilden dabei das Rückgrat der Unternehmensgruppe, die Transformation als Chance versteht. Für die Steuerung unserer Sparten insbesondere für unsere internen und externen Entwicklungsprojekte suchen wir einen Projektcontroller, der das wirtschaftliche Rückgrat dieser Sparten bildet und die Grundlage für Entscheidungen legt, die das Unternehmen in seiner nächsten Phase prägen.

Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgabe – Zahlen mit Wirkung

Als Projektcontroller unterstützen Sie unsere Projektleiter und verantworten die wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Entwicklungsprojekte der Bovensiepen Group. Sie übersetzen Projektpläne und Budgets in steuerungsrelevante Informationen, begleiten Transformationsprojekte aus Controllingsicht und unterstützen Investitionsentscheidungen durch Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen. Sie denken in Zusammenhängen, nicht in Spalten – und wissen, wie man mit Menschen spricht, die kein Controlling-Vokabular mitbringen.

Was Sie konkret tun

• Projektbudgetierung, laufende Kostenkontrolle und rollierendes Forecasting für interne Kleinserienprojekte und externe Kundenprojekte – Budget, Prognose und Abweichungsanalyse entlang des gesamten Projektverlaufs
• Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Strukturen sowie KPI-Dashboards, die echten Entscheidungsnutzen bringen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Entwicklung, Einkauf und Vertrieb – Zahlen werden in operative Konsequenzen übersetzt
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Investitionsrechnungen
• Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Tools, insbesondere im ERP-System (idealerweise Microsoft Business Central) und in BI-Umgebungen

Sie sind kein Zahlenpfleger, sondern jemand, der aus Daten Kontext macht und aus Kontext Entscheidungen. Sie fühlen sich in Projekten genauso zuhause wie in Kalkulationstabellen – und bringen die Kommunikationsstärke mit, Ergebnisse klar und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln, ob gegenüber Entwicklungsingenieuren oder der Geschäftsleitung.

Was Sie mitbringen

• 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektcontrolling, idealerweise in der Automotive-Industrie oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld (Maschinenbau, Sonderfertigung, Engineering-to-Order)
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Business Central) sowie mit Excel und gängigen BI-Tools
• Ausgeprägte analytische Stärke, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse klar und adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
