Unser Fokus liegt auf gewerblichen Photovoltaikanlagen und Speicherlösungen. Aufgrund unseres Wachstums suchen wir aktive Unterstützung für unser Operations Team in Köln.

Aufgaben

Deine Mission

Als Projektabwickler / Operations Manager übernimmst du Verantwortung für die operative Umsetzung von PV-Projekten im gewerblichen Bereich – von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du eine zentrale Sonderfunktion im Aufbau, Ausbau und Management unseres Fachpartnernetzwerks.

Rund 60% deiner Rolle liegt in der operativen Projektabwicklung. Etwa 40% deiner Kapazität widmest du dem Fachpartnermanagement: Du identifizierst geeignete Montage- und Umsetzungspartner, baust belastbare Beziehungen auf, entwickelst Standards für die Zusammenarbeit und stellst sicher, dass unser Netzwerk mit unserem Wachstum Schritt hält.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

Projektabwicklung & Operations

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von PV-Projekten – von der Projektplanung bis zur Übergabe
• Steuerung und Koordination von Montageteams, Subunternehmern und Lieferanten
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Budgets und Zeitplänen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Technik und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Organisations- und Kostenstrukturen in einem dynamischen, skalierenden Umfeld

Sonderfunktion Fachpartnernetzwerk – ca. 40% der Rolle

• Aufbau, Erweiterung und Pflege eines leistungsfähigen Fachpartnernetzwerks für Montage, Elektroinstallation und weitere Umsetzungsleistungen
• Identifikation, Ansprache und Qualifizierung neuer Fachpartner
• Entwicklung von Kriterien, Standards und Prozessen für die Auswahl und Bewertung von Partnern, unterstützt durch die Fachgewerke DC & AC
• Strukturierte Betreuung bestehender Fachpartner sowie regelmäßige Abstimmung zu Qualität, Kapazitäten, Verfügbarkeit und Zusammenarbeit
• Unterstützung bei Preis-, Leistungs- und Rahmenvereinbarungen in enger Abstimmung mit Operations und Geschäftsführung
• Aufbau eines skalierbaren Partnerpools, der unser Wachstum in Köln und darüber hinaus operativ absichert

Qualifikation

Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung von PV-Projekten gesammelt – idealerweise mit Fokus auf gewerbliche Anlagen. Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gern Verantwortung. Zusätzlich bringst du Freude daran mit, externe Partner zu entwickeln, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Strukturen für eine professionelle Zusammenarbeit zu schaffen.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Operationsmanagement im Bereich Photovoltaik, idealerweise im gewerblichen Bereich
• Fundiertes technisches Verständnis rund um PV-Systeme
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Montageteams, Subunternehmern oder externen Dienstleistern
• Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Fachpartnern und Lieferanten
• Strukturierter, praxisnaher Arbeitsstil mit hoher Eigeninitiative
• Führungsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Kenntnisse in der Planung mit Tools wie PVSOL sind ein Plus
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Installationsnormen, z. B. VDE-AR-N 4110 oder VDE-AR-N 4105, ist ein Plus
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
