Wir wollen die Zustelllogistik ein zweites Mal revolutionieren - mit mobilen Paketautomaten, die auf jeden Parkplatz passen, und einer durchgängigen Automatisierung der letzten Meile. Den Anfang macht Smarcel ONE: mit einem starken Industriepartner, mit mehreren der größten Paketdienstleister Europas als Pilotkunden. Auf derselben Plattform entstehen als Nächstes Smarcel WALLGATE und Smarcel CABIN. Genau dafür suchen wir dich.

Wer wir sind

Innovative Robot Delivery GmbH - Smarcel - wurde 2021 gegründet und entwickelt automatisierte Paketinfrastruktur für die letzte Meile. Drei Produkte, eine Plattform: der mobile Smarcel ONE Locker, die in das Lieferfahrzeug integrierte Smarcel CABIN und das wandintegrierte Smarcel WALLGATE.

Gegründet von erfahrenen Logistik- und Produktexperten (u. a. von den Erfindern der DHL-Packstation), arbeiten wir aktuell mit führenden europäischen Paketdienstleistern an konkreten Pilotprojekten. Hinter uns steht ein etabliertes Set an Investoren, das uns über die letzten Jahre kontinuierlich begleitet hat.

Unser Lab und Büro befinden sich in Köln-Rodenkirchen. Wir sind ein kleines, schlagkräftiges Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einer klaren Mission: Last-Mile-Logistik in Europa neu denken.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Du sitzt an der Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, unseren Software- und Hardware-Teams und unseren Industriepartnern. Du verantwortest unsere Smarcel-Produkte übergreifend: von Kunden- und Marktanforderungen über die technische Entwicklung und IT-Schnittstellen bis zur Pilotierung und zum Markterfolg.

Im Zentrum der Rolle steht die Weiterentwicklung unserer Smarcel-Plattform. Mit Smarcel ONE haben wir die Basis gelegt. Auf dieser Plattform entwickeln wir nun gemeinsam mit unseren Industriepartnern und unseren Kunden die nächsten beiden Produkte weiter: Smarcel WALLGATE als wandintegrierte, hochkapazitive Paketübergabe und Smarcel CABIN als Automatisierung im Zustellfahrzeug.

Konkret heißt das:

• Industriepartner: Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Industriepartnern über alle drei Produkte hinweg. Gemeinsame Roadmap, technische Weiterentwicklung, Liefer- und Serienthemen für Smarcel ONE, gemeinsame Industrialisierung von WALLGATE und CABIN.
• Plattform-Weiterentwicklung: Du treibst WALLGATE und CABIN auf Basis der ONE-Plattform voran.
• Kunden- und Marktanforderungen: Du nimmst Anforderungen von führenden Paketdienstleistern auf und übersetzt sie in klare Produktanforderungen für unsere internen Teams und unsere Industriepartner.
• Pilotsteuerung: Du planst und steuerst die Piloten, definierst gemeinsam mit den Kunden die KPIs und sicherst den Pilot- und Markterfolg ab.
• Technische Entwicklung & IT-Schnittstellen: Du begleitest die technische Entwicklung und die IT-Schnittstellen zu Kunden und Partnern.
• Kosten- und Erfolgsziele: Du definierst Kostenziele und Erfolgskennzahlen für unsere Produkte und behältst sie über den Entwicklungs- und Rollout-Prozess hinweg im Blick.
• Meilensteine & Statusupdates: Du überwachst Meilensteine, Zeitpläne und Deliverables und sorgst dafür, dass die Geschäftsführung jederzeit weiß, wo wir stehen.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

Wir suchen keinen klassischen Konzern-Produktmanager - wir suchen jemanden mit Lust, eine komplett neue Produkt-Plattform zu entwickeln, dabei intensiven Kontakt zu Kunden und industriellem Partner zu pflegen, und mit dem Willen, an einer echten Startup-Reise mitzubauen.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Produktmanagement oder vergleichbar
• Erste bis solide Berufserfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Kundenkontakt und/oder im Hardware-Software-Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Koordination mit externen Entwicklungs- oder Produktionspartnern ist ein klares Plus
• Strukturierte, analytische und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten - du holst Leute ab, vom Entwickler bis zur Kundenführungskraft
• Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigenständigkeit und der Wille, etwas Eigenes mitzuprägen
• Reisebereitschaft für regelmäßige Besuche bei unseren Industriepartnern und Kunden in Europa
• Wohnsitz im Raum Köln oder Bereitschaft, dorthin umzuziehen, wünschenswert
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (unsere Partner und Kunden sind international)
