Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

- Technical Lead: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them to learn and grow in their careers.
- Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to company standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the software applications, including user guides and API documentation.
- Testing: Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure that the software applications meet the required standards and specifications.
- Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and post-project evaluation to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software applications with other systems and services.
- Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and contribute to the development of new features and solutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, working closely with other team members to find solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in full stack development, preferably with experience in a technical lead role
- Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, and other related technologies
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead by example
- Project Management: Experience in project planning, execution, and evaluation
