#Arbeiten bei DaVita: Das erwartet Dich

• Du planst vorausschauend und koordinierst klug: In enger Abstimmung mit unseren Teams bringst du unser Reiseteam zur richtigen Zeit an den richtigen Ort. Dabei stimmst du die Einsätze mit unseren Zentren ab und bist bei Bedarf auch zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Personalvermittlungen.
• Du organisierst Unterkünfte und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kolleg:innen vor Ort optimal versorgt sind – verlässlich, lösungsorientiert und mit Blick fürs Detail.
• Du erstellst Verträge, pflegst Arbeitszeitkonten und hältst die administrativen Prozesse rund um die Einsätze schlank und effizient.
• Du unterstützt das Team im Office-Alltag – ob beim E-Mail-Postfach, der Dokumentation oder allgemeiner Sachbearbeitung: Du hältst den Rücken frei und sorgst für Struktur im Hintergrund.
• Du bist da, wenn man dich braucht: Für unsere DDP-Mitarbeitenden bist du die erste Anlaufstelle bei personalbezogenen Fragen – verbindlich, serviceorientiert und immer gut erreichbar.

#Team DaVita: Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal – und mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Bereich Disposition, Personalvermittlung und/oder Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie in der Urlaubsplanung.
• Du überzeugst mit Biss, einer standfesten und souveränen Haltung, ausgeprägtem Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie starkem Verhandlungsgeschick und bringst diese Stärken gezielt in der Personaldisposition und Akquise ein.
• Du denkst nicht nur in Aufgaben, sondern in Lösungen – und behältst auch bei spontanen Änderungen einen kühlen Kopf.
• Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mit deinem Organisationstalent einen echten Unterschied zu machen.
• Du kommunizierst klar, empathisch und auf Augenhöhe – egal ob intern oder extern.
• Du fühlst dich in MS Office zuhause und hast vielleicht schon mit Workday oder einem ähnlichen HR-System gearbeitet.
