Bisher haben wir unser Performance Marketing über externe Agenturen laufen lassen. Jetzt holen wir das ins eigene Haus – und dafür suchen wir dich. Als Performance Marketing Manager verantwortest du unsere bezahlten Kampagnen von A bis Z: Du entscheidest, wo unser Budget den größten Hebel hat, testest, optimierst und baust unser Inhouse-Marketing mit auf. Bei uns bist du kein Rädchen im Getriebe, sondern Teil eines familiären, dynamischen Teams, das schnell umsetzt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du planst, baust und steuerst unsere Paid-Kampagnen auf Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok und bei Bedarf Google Ads
  • Du verantwortest das Media-Budget und optimierst laufend nach ROAS, CPA und weiteren KPIs
  • Du entwickelst Targeting-, Bidding- und Testing-Strategien (A/B-Tests von Creatives, Zielgruppen, Platzierungen)
  • Du sorgst für sauberes Conversion-Tracking (Pixel, Conversion-API) und behältst deine Zahlen im Reporting im Blick
  • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem Content- und Design-Team und gibst datenbasiertes Feedback, welche Reels und Creatives performen
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um unser frisch aufgebautes Inhouse-Marketing kontinuierlich besser zu machen

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Media Buying / Performance Marketing – ob inhouse oder aus der Agentur
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Meta Business Manager und TikTok Ads Manager
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Tracking, Attribution und Kampagnenmetriken
  • Analytische, zahlengetriebene Arbeitsweise – und trotzdem ein Gespür dafür, welche Creatives ziehen
  • Eigenständigkeit und Lust, etwas von Grund auf mit aufzubauen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
