HYROX - The World Series of Fitness Racing ist eine globale Sport-Event-Serie, die 2017 in Deutschland gegründet wurde und Laufen und funktionelles Fitnesstraining in einem einzigartigen Wettkampfformat vereint. Inzwischen ist eine weltweite Fitnessbewegung mit Events auf fünf Kontinenten, an denen jede Saison zehntausende Athlet:innen teilnehmen.

Für unser wachsendes People-Team am Standort Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt starke Unterstützung im operativen People Management (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 30 Std.)

DEINE HAUPTVERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

  • 360° Employee Lifecycle: Du bist die vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für einen dedizierten Mitarbeitendenkreis, inklusive des Gym-und Restaurant-Teams im Haus of HYROX, und begleitest diesen vom reibungslosen Onboarding über die laufende Betreuung bis hin zum professionellen Offboarding.
  • HR-Admin & Stammdaten: Du beherrschst die ganze Klaviatur der operativen Personalarbeit: Du hältst unsere Personalstammdaten sauber, bist fit in der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung sowie u.a. der Erstellung von Vertragsdokumenten, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen.
  • Prozess-Pionier: Da wir stark wachsen, optimierst und entwickelst du unsere People-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter, um sie skalierbar zu machen.
  • System-Spezialist: Du treibst die Digitalisierung unserer HR-Landschaft voran und unterstützt uns bei der Einführung, Konfiguration und optimalen Nutzung moderner HR-Tools.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Personalwesen (HR Generalist / Personalreferent*in). Du weißt genau, worauf es ankommt, und hast Lust, unser starkes Wachstum mit deinem Know-how aktiv mitzuprägen.
  • Du kennst die Dynamik, die flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodelle und die steuerlichen Besonderheiten der Gastronomie aus eigener Erfahrung – ideal, um u.a. unser Restaurant Team perfekt zu betreuen.
  • Du bist digital-affin und hast mindestens fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse mit modernen HR-Systemen wie Personio oder Deel.
  • Du bist sattelfest im deutschen Arbeitsrecht sowie bei sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Themen (z.B. Zuschläge, kurzfristige Beschäftigungen, etc.).
  • Du liebst das dynamische Umfeld eines stark wachsenden Unternehmens, denkst in Lösungen und behältst auch bei hohem Tempo einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend und bist idealerweise versiert im Umgang mit MAC OS und Google Workspace
  • Im Rahmen unserer Office First Policy kommst du gerne und regelmäßig ins Büro, insbesondere um für das Gym-und Restaurant-Team als direkte Ansprechperson greifbar zu sein.
