anspruchsvollen Projekten rund um SAP und Oracle. Unsere Projekte umfassen alles von Neuimplementierungen bis hin zu Rollouts und individuellen Anpassungen.
Der Fokus liegt auf hochwertiger Beratung und Entwicklung.

Aufgaben

Du willst:

• Deine Arbeitszeiten selbst bestimmen?

Tasks:

• Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Oracle HCM Lösungen
• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Anforderungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams zur Integration von Oracle HCM
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Endbenutzer
• Unterstützung von Kunden bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen mittels AI-Integration

Qualifikation
