Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote (Flexible Schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development:
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure backend solutions using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Develop RESTful APIs for integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Implement database queries and optimize queries for better performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and readable code using modern JavaScript practices.
2. Frontend Development:
- Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure designs are visually appealing and responsive.
- Develop interactive components, forms, and animations to enhance user experience.
- Implement accessibility features and best practices to ensure a positive user experience for all.
3. Full Stack Development:
- Develop end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate frontend and backend functionalities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions to improve code quality and overall project efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of projects.
- Optimize code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
4. Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Angular frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries such as Angular, Vue, and React is a plus.
5. Project Management:
- Assist with project planning and documentation to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize tasks and track progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates and contribute to project discussions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
6. Client Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and address concerns to maintain a positive client experience.
- Conduct thorough research and provide thorough project proposals and solutions that align with client goals.
- Ensure that the client's needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
7. Performance and Quality:
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and writing clean, readable code.
- Implement security measures to protect against common vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular code reviews to identify and fix issues, improving overall project quality.
- Work closely with the project manager and team to address performance bottlenecks and optimize the application.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js and MongoDB.
- Experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working in an agile development methodology.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries such as Angular, Vue, and React is a plus.
