Das Trainee-Programm ist kein klassischer Berufseinstieg, es ist ein Beschleuniger deiner Karriere. In 18 Monaten durchläufst du die zentralen Bereiche, die einen Operations Manager bei yoummday ausmachen: von operativer Steuerung und Prozessoptimierung über Training und Talent bis hin zu Sales. Du agierst von Anfang an als vollwertiges Teammitglied und verantwortest somit den Erfolg deines eigenen Arbeitseinsatzes.
Das Ziel ist klar definiert: Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss steigst du direkt als Operations Manager ein - mit vollständiger Ergebnis- und Kundenverantwortung.

Du durchläufst vier zentrale Unternehmensbereiche:

• Operations & Industry Groups:Du bekommst tiefe Einblicke in eines unsererKundenprogramme-operativsowieprozessual. Du analysierst KPIs, identifizierst Abweichungen und erarbeitest Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Service-Performance und Kapazitätsauslastung.
• Training:Du begleitest Planung und Umsetzung von Trainingsmaßnahmen, wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung von Lernpfaden mit und baust einbelastbaresVerständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Training, Qualität und Operations auf.
• Talent Marketplace:Du lernst die Arbeit in einem crossfunktionalen Team kennen, begleitest die prozessuale Steuerung unserer Talente und analysierst Angebot, Nachfrage und Marktdynamik auf der yoummday-Plattform.
• Sales:Du unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung von Kundenanfragen, arbeitest an Angebotsprozessen mit und entwickelst ein tiefgreifendesVerständnis für die Wertschöpfung und dasZusammenspiel von Sales, Operations und Talent Marketplace.

Parallel zu den Rotationen übernimmst du eigene Projekte mit klaren Zielen, Timelines und messbaren Ergebnissen und kannst so vom ersten Tag an maßgeblich zum Erfolg von yoummday beitragen.
Dein Einstieg als Operations Manager
Dein Trainee-Programm ist erst der Anfang: Danach steigst du bei yoummday direkt fest als Operations Manager ein. Die 18 Monate geben uns ausreichend Vorlaufzeit, um deinen Übergang in eine konkrete OM-Position sorgfältig vorzubereiten. Als Operations Manager trägst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für ein eigenes Kundenprojekt: Du managst Team Leads und ihre Remote-Teams, steuerst über KPIs, entwickelst skalierbare Prozesse und agierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für deinen Kunden – operativ wie strategisch.

Dein Skillset

• Du hast deinen Bachelor oder Master erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, und hast durch Praktika oder weitere Tätigkeiten erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt-vorzugsweise in Business Operations, Analytics oder einer kundennahen Funktion.
• Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische Stärke mit: Du strukturierst komplexe Probleme, erkennst Muster in Daten und entwickelst daraus klare, umsetzbare Lösungsansätze,auch wenn nicht alle Informationen auf Anhieb vorliegen.
