#### Responsibilities
1. Design and Development: Design and implement efficient, scalable, and user-friendly web applications and front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular. Ensure that the code is clean, maintainable, and follows the latest best practices.
2. Back-End Development: Develop robust back-end services using Node.js, Express, or Django. Ensure that these services are secure, scalable, and performant. Implement microservices architecture where appropriate to improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.
3. Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL to design, implement, and optimize data models for efficient querying and storage. Ensure that the database is well-organized and scalable.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive test cases for both front-end and back-end applications using tools like Selenium, Jest, and JUnit. Perform continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to ensure the quality of the code and its integration with the development process.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and system administrators. Communicate effectively using clear and concise documentation, meeting minutes, and regular team stand-ups.
6. Technical Leadership: Lead junior developers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and help in solving complex technical problems.
7. Documentation and Architecture: Document the application and system architecture to ensure that other team members can easily understand and maintain the code. Participate in the architecture design sessions to help in creating a robust and scalable system.
8. Security and Compliance: Ensure that the application is secure and compliant with industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Develop and implement security measures to protect data and systems from potential threats.
9. Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including setting up project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Participate in project reviews and provide feedback on the project’s progress.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Participate in training sessions, webinars, and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
#### Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular. Knowledge of modern web development frameworks and tools such as Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Database Skills: Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.

- Experience in project management and ability to lead meetings and provide feedback.
