Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be a key contributor to our team, focusing on the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex web applications and systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful delivery of projects, and you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test efficient and scalable web applications using modern technologies and tools such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates into existing systems.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions to contribute to the creation of efficient, modular, and maintainable systems.
- Contribute to the writing of clean, maintainable, and understandable code that is easy to understand and extend.
- Develop and maintain code that follows best practices and conventions, ensuring reliability and security.
- Collaborate with the front-end developer to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across the application.
- Implement and maintain the testing and deployment infrastructure for the application, including automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
- Participate in the development of new features, following the agile development methodology and ensuring the application meets the project objectives.
- Contribute to the development of systems, including the creation of design documents and documentation.
- Act as a mentor to junior developers and help them understand the codebase and the development process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Angular.
- Experience with modern development tools such as Git, Trello, and Jira.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and version control systems.
- Experience with cloud-based development environments, such as AWS or Azure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Bootstrap, or Ember.
- Experience with database management and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with server-side programming languages such as Ruby, Python, or PHP
