Job Description

Die Augustus Management GmbH, ist Teil einer globalen Investmentgesellschaft, mit Fokus auf Immobilien, erneuerbaren Energien und Unternehmensbeteiligungen. Mit Sitz im Herzen von Berlin (Alexanderplatz) betreut Augustus das gesamte Immobilienportfolio der Unternehmensgruppe.
Täglich arbeiten 65 Mitarbeitende professionell daran, Augustus gemeinsam voranzubringen und stetig weiterzuentwickeln. Aufgaben

• Durchführung der laufenden Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung mittelgroßer Immobiliengesellschaften
• Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Pflege von Stammdaten
• Mitarbeit im Mahnwesen
• Erstellung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerbüro bei Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Abschlüssen
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für die Geschäftsleitung und Investoren
• Wichtige Rolle als zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne Fachbereiche wie Asset Management und Property Management

Qualifikation

• Erfahrungen und Expertise im Bereich Buchhaltung sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse im Controlling
• Erste Erfahrungen im Immobilienbereich und in der Mietenbuchhaltung
• Verlässlichkeit, Organisationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Selbstständige, proaktive sowie exakte und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit sowie professioneller Umgang mit Geschäftspartnern
