Deine Aufgaben

Als Microsoft Dynamics Entwickler bist du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich: 

• CRM Weiterentwicklung: Verantwortung für Support, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Dynamics 365 Landschaft in den Bereichen Sales, Customer Service und Customer Insights.  

• Solution Design: Analyse technischer Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen in Abstimmung mit dem Solution Architect.  

• Custom Development: Erweiterung von Dynamics 365 durch individuelle Anpassungen sowie Entwicklung in C# und TypeScript.  

• Schnittstellenentwicklung: Entwicklung und Pflege von Integrationen zu Drittsystemen wie SAP, Reporting Services sowie Web Frontends und Backend Komponenten.  

• Support & Troubleshooting: Eigenständige Bearbeitung komplexer Supportfälle und technische Umsetzung neuer User Stories.  

• Cross Functional Collaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Systemintegration. 

Dein Profil als Microsoft Dynamics Entwickler

• Min. 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365  

• Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Dynamics 365 (Bereiche Sales, Customer Service und Customer Insights)  

• Fundierte Erfahrung in Plugin Entwicklung mit C# sowie Dynamics-UI-Entwicklung mit JavaScript oder TypeScript.  

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Anpassung von Formularen, Menübändern, Datenmodellen und Dashboards.  

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Power Platform, insbesondere Power Automate, Canvas Apps und Custom Pages.  

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL und Fetch.  

• Sehr gute Deutsch und fließende Englischkenntnisse.  

• Interesse an neuen Technologien, hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Offenheit für persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
