Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to the development of documentation and technical guides for the team, ensuring that all developers have a clear understanding of the systems and processes.
- Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure that the development process is aligned with the overall project goals.
- Build and maintain robust testing strategies and frameworks to ensure the quality of the software products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and stakeholders on complex issues and provide solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code and projects.
- Experience with modern full-stack development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience working with a team of developers, designers, and project managers.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with building and maintaining robust testing strategies and frameworks.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
