Responsibilities:
- Lead and Participate in the Development of Full-Scale Applications: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Build and Maintain a Solid Understanding of the Technology Stack: Stay current with the latest technologies and frameworks, including but not limited to React, Python, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, and RESTful APIs.
- Create and Maintain Clean, Readable Code: Write code that is well-structured, easy to understand, and follows best practices.
- Ensure Quality and Reliability: Participate in automated testing and deployment processes to ensure the reliability of software releases and high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of Team Processes: Offer feedback on team processes and suggest improvements that enhance the development and deployment of projects.
- Provide Support and Education: Offer guidance and support to junior team members, mentor them on best practices, and provide training opportunities to improve overall development skills.
- Adapt to Change: Be flexible and ready to adapt to changes in technology, project management, and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Skills: Strong understanding of software development principles, experience with version control systems, and proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
- Desirable: Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices, proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, and C++, and knowledge of security practices and standards.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to work well under pressure, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, and excellent communication skills.
