Wir suchen jemanden, der unsere Kundenprojekte technisch von A bis Z verantwortet – vom ersten Kundengespräch über die Lösungsplanung bis zum Go-Live. Du wirst das technische Gesicht, dem unsere Kunden vertrauen, und bekommst den Gestaltungsspielraum, den große Häuser selten bieten.

Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest Kundenprojekte eigenständig – Scoping, Konzept, Umsetzung, Abnahme
• Du gestaltest unsere Modern-Workplace-Welt: Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, Sicherheits- und Migrationsprojekte
• Du setzt technische Standards und entwickelst unsere Servicequalität weiter
• Du bist beratender Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden auf Augenhöhe
• Wenn du Führung mitbringst oder anstrebst: Du kannst unser Team fachlich anleiten und prägen

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise im Dienstleister-/MSP-Umfeld
• Tiefe Kenntnisse rund um Microsoft 365 und Modern Workplace (Intune, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online)
• Sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden – du kannst Technik verständlich erklären und Lösungen verkaufen
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kundenkommunikation; Englisch von Vorteil
• Optional, aber gern gesehen: Erfahrung mit Azure, Sophos, NinjaOne, Hornetsecurity oder ITIL-basierten Prozessen
