Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn viele Fäden gleichzeitig zusammenlaufen? Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen, denkst lösungsorientiert und liebst es, Projekte von Anfang bis Ende zu begleiten? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Als Kundenbetreuer/in im Tagungsgeschäft bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Bestandskunden und sorgst dafür, dass ihre Seminare und Veranstaltungen reibungslos geplant und umgesetzt werden. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Hotels, Locations und Dienstleistern zusammen und machst aus jeder Anfrage ein gelungenes Event.

Deine Rolle

Von der ersten Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Abrechnung begleitest Du unsere Kunden durch den gesamten Planungsprozess und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Detail stimmt.

Dabei übernimmst Du unter anderem:

• Du koordinierst Seminare und Tagungen für unsere Bestandskunden und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson.
• Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, Hotels und weiteren Dienstleistern.
• Du verwaltest Hotelkontingente und behältst Fristen sowie Buchungen jederzeit im Blick.
• Du recherchierst in unserem Portfolio nach passenden Locations und unterstützt bei der Auswahl geeigneter Partner.
• Du organisierst den Versand von Veranstaltungsunterlagen und koordinierst alle organisatorischen Details.
• Du betreust das Teilnehmermanagement und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
• Du prüfst Rechnungen, kontrollierst Abrechnungen und stellst eine saubere Kostenübersicht sicher.
• Du wertest Veranstaltungen aus, erstellst Reports und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Servicequalität kontinuierlich weiter.
