KFZ-Mechatroniker für Luftfahrtbodengeräte (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgabe ist es, unseren Werkstattstandort in Schönefeld im Bereich Wartung, Prüfung und Instandsetzung von GSE zu unterstützen. Nur wenn unsere Kunden ihre operative Flugzeugabfertigung mit qualitativ hochwertigem und einsatzsicherem GSE ausführen, sind wir zufrieden.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

• Durchführung vorbeugender Wartungsmaßnahmen, Flüssigkeitswechsel und Fehlerbehebung
• Diagnose und Behebung mechanischer, elektrischer und hydraulischer Störungen an den Geräten
• Beachtung der Unfallverhütungsvorschriften (BG Verkehr)
• Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Fahrzeugen und Maschinen, um deren Funktionsfähigkeit und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten
• Diagnose und Behebung mechanischer, elektrischer und hydraulischer Störungen an den Geräten
• Dokumentation aller abgeschlossenen Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten im entsprechenden System
• Bedienung von GSE, Nutzfahrzeugen sowie PKW/Kleintransporter zur Funktionskontrolle
• Durchführung von Probe- bzw. Dienstfahrten
• Ver- und Entladung (inkl. Ladungssicherung) sowie Begleitung von Transporten und flughafenfremdem Personal

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechaniker im Kfz-, Nutzfahrzeug-, Land- oder Baumaschinenbereich bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs- bzw. Elektrotechnik sowie die Fähigkeit, Schaltpläne sicher zu lesen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch zur Weitergabe von Informationen und zur Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Kenntnisse der relevanten Vorschriften und technischen Normen
• Führerschein der Klasse B; weitere Führerscheinklassen von Vorteil
• Voraussetzung zur Erlangung eines Flughafensicherheitsausweises gemäß § 7 LuftSiG sowie eines Flughafenführerscheins
• Idealerweise Besitz eines Gabelstaplerscheins
• Wünschenswert: Qualifikation im Bereich 2S bis 3S (Hochvolt)
