Job Description

2016 gründeten wir die QuantoLux GmbH mit einem klaren Ziel: die optische
Emissions-Spektrometrie (OES) neu denken. 2021 kam die QuantoLux
Innovation GmbH dazu, in der unser Flaggschiff-Produkt entsteht: der QLX9, ein Schlacken-Schnellanalysator für die Stahl- und Metallindustrie.

Das QLX9 analysiert Schlacken in unter 20 Sekunden, ohne
Probenvorbereitung. Betriebe weltweit nutzen ihn, um Prozesse zu
optimieren, Ressourcen zu sparen und Technologien zu ersetzen, die seit
Jahrzehnten Standard waren. Wir sind ein kleines, engagiertes Team und
wachsen. Für das QLX9 suchen wir jemanden, der die Brücke zwischen
Technik und Anwendung baut.

Aufgaben

Die Kalibrierung ist das Herzstück des QLX9. Sie entscheidet, ob ein Gerät
beim Kunden auf Anhieb funktioniert. Als Kalibrations- und
Applikationsingenieur:in sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere
Systeme korrekte Ergebnisse liefern und für die spezifischen
Anforderungen jedes Kunden maßgeschneidert sind.

  • Kalibrierungen für den QLX9 installieren, kontrollieren, anpassen
    und optimieren. Mittelfristig auch neue Kalibrationen für neue
    Anwendungsfelder entwickeln
  • Bestehende Kalibrationen auf neue Materialien und Prozesse erweitern
  • Kunden weltweit bei Inbetriebnahme und im laufenden Betrieb unterstützen, per Remote-Service und vor Ort
  • Qualitätssicherung vor der Auslieferung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Vertrieb und unseren Kunden

Qualifikation

Es gibt keinen perfekten Hintergrund für diese Stelle. Wir haben
erfolgreiche Kolleg:innen aus der Physik, Elektrotechnik, Chemie und dem
Maschinenbau, genauso wie Quereinsteiger, die einfach anpacken wollten.

Must have

  • Ein Gespür für physikalisch-chemische Zusammenhänge
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Unsere Kunden und Partner sind weltweit verteilt, Englisch ist Arbeitsalltag

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung in Spektrometrie, Analytik oder Labortechnik
  • Kenntnisse in Metallurgie oder Werkstoffanalytik
  • Programmierkenntnisse
