Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

• Be the first contact – Unterstütze unsere Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und finde pragmatische Lösungen für technische Herausforderungen.
• Keep systems running – Installiere, konfiguriere und betreue Clients, Notebooks sowie mobile Endgeräte.
• Manage identities – Verwalte Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID sowie weiteren Unternehmenssystemen
• Support our infrastructure – Wirke bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systeme und Cloud-Umgebungen mit.
• Drive improvements – Begleite kleinere IT-Projekte, erstelle Dokumentationen und unterstütze bei Automatisierungen sowie Programmieraufgaben.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
• Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder Systemadministration
• Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Systemen, Netzwerken und idealerweise Microsoft 365
