Unsere IT-Gruppe besteht aus einem fünfköpfigen Inhouse-IT-Team, das mit einem externen IT-Dienstleister zusammen-arbeitet. Aufgaben

• IT-Support: Sicherstellung der IT-Infrastruktur im First- und Second-Level-Support als zentrale Kontaktperson für Kollegen und Fachabteilungen bei allen IT-Anfragen am Standort
• Technischer Support: Betreuung von Microsoft Client-Systemen, Telekommunikation, Druckern und PCs
• Ticketmanagement: Annahme, Klassifizierung und eigenständige Lösung von Incident- und Request-Tickets (Hard- und Software)
• Dokumentation: Pflege des Ticketsystems sowie Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Benutzerhandbüchern
• Hardware-Lifecycle: Installation, Auf- und Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen, Vorbereitung und Installation von Hardware / Clientsystemen sowie Verwaltung der IT-Assets (Ausgabe und Rücknahme)
• Bestandswesen: Bestellung von Hardware, Lagerverwaltung, Materialkontrolle und Koordination der Entsorgung
• Wartung & Prüfung: Durchführung von Materialprüfungen zusammen mit den Fachabteilungen und Unterstützung der Techniker bei Wartungsarbeiten

Qualifikation

• Idealerweise abgeschlossene berufliche/schulische Ausbildung oder alternativ eine Umschulung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/-in für Systemintegration bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support / IT-Service
• Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur, Hardware und Microsoft-Software
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Gewissenhaftigkeit, strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsorientierung
• Bereitschaft zu einer Vor-Ort-Tätigkeit, um eine Ansprechperson bzgl. IT-Themen für die Kollegen zu sein
