2B Advice entwickelt mit Ailance eine moderne SaaS-Plattform für Datenschutz, Governance, Risk und Compliance. Unsere Kunden nutzen Ailance, um komplexe Prozesse, Daten, Workflows, Nachweise und Berichte im Alltag steuerbar zu machen.

Für unser Team in Bonn suchen wir eine strukturierte, kommunikative und technisch interessierte Person, die unsere Kunden im täglichen Umgang mit Ailance unterstützt. Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Supportanfragen, analysierst Probleme sauber, hilfst bei Standardfragen und wächst Schritt für Schritt tiefer in unsere Plattform, Konfiguration und Supportprozesse hinein.

Aufgaben

Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen unserer Kunden über Tickets, E-Mail und Telefon und sorgst dafür, dass Anliegen schnell, freundlich und nachvollziehbar geklärt werden.

Du nimmst Anfragen strukturiert auf, stellst die richtigen Rückfragen, priorisierst Fälle und dokumentierst alle wichtigen Informationen sauber im Ticketsystem.

Du unterstützt Kunden bei typischen Anwendungsthemen rund um Ailance, zum Beispiel bei Nutzerfragen, Rollen und Berechtigungen, Formularen, Ansichten, Workflows, Reports, Dokumenten und Grundeinstellungen.

Du reproduzierst gemeldete Probleme, prüfst, ob es sich um Bedienungsfragen, Konfigurationsthemen, technische Störungen oder mögliche Bugs handelt, und bereitest komplexere Fälle für das Solution-Builder-, Produkt- oder Entwicklungsteam vor.

Nach der Einarbeitung übernimmst du einfache Konfigurations- und Analyseaufgaben selbst und hilfst dabei, wiederkehrende Fragen in FAQ, Wissensartikeln und internen Supportleitfäden zu dokumentieren.

Du arbeitest eng mit Solution Buildern, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zusammen und unterstützt bei Tests, Release-Vorbereitungen und Hypercare-Phasen nach Kundeneinführungen.

Qualifikation

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ein Studium oder erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich IT, Software, SaaS, Kundenservice, Fachinformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Datenschutz, Compliance oder Application Support.

Auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen, wenn du strukturiert arbeitest, schnell lernst und technische Zusammenhänge klar erklären kannst.

Du brauchst keine Programmiererfahrung. Wichtig sind analytisches Denken, sorgfältige Dokumentation, Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Probleme ruhig und systematisch einzugrenzen.

Hilfreich sind erste Kenntnisse in Webanwendungen, Ticketsystemen, Microsoft 365, Rollen-/Rechtekonzepten, Datenstrukturen, Workflows oder SaaS-Produkten.

Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und kannst auch englische Kundenanfragen oder interne technische Informationen verstehen und bearbeiten.
