Aufgaben

• Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen, Servern, Clients und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen.
• Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows- oder Linux-Systemen sowie zugehöriger Anwendungen und Dienste.
• Betreuung von Microsoft-365-, Azure-, Active-Directory-, Exchange-, VMware-, Hyper-V- oder vergleichbaren Umgebungen.
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st-, 2nd- oder 3rd-Level-Support, je nach Erfahrung und Einsatzbereich.
• Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppenrichtlinien, Berechtigungen, Endgeräten und IT-Arbeitsplätzen.
• Überwachung der Systemverfügbarkeit, Durchführung von Backups sowie Mitwirkung bei IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzmaßnahmen.
• Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen, Systemänderungen und technischen Lösungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern, IT-Leitung und internen Projektteams.
• Je nach Erfahrung: Übernahme von Verantwortung in IT-Projekten, Automatisierung, Cloud-Migration, IT-Security, Netzwerkadministration oder fachlicher Anleitung im Team.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker, ein Studium der Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in der IT-Administration, Systemadministration, Netzwerktechnik oder im IT-Support.
• Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Servern, Clients, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 oder vergleichbaren IT-Umgebungen.
• Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungslösungen wie VMware, Hyper-V oder vergleichbaren Technologien ist von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, zum Beispiel TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, Switches oder WLAN-Infrastrukturen.
• Erfahrung mit Backup-Lösungen, Monitoring, Endpoint Security, Patchmanagement oder IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen ist willkommen.
• Kenntnisse in Linux, Azure, PowerShell, Scripting, Cloud-Services oder Automatisierung sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
• Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
• Freude daran, technische Probleme zu analysieren, Anwender zu unterstützen und IT-Systeme nachhaltig zu verbessern.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
