Aufgaben

AUFGABEN, DIE AUF DICH WARTEN:

• Du berteust unsere Mitarbeiter*innen vor Ort an verschriedenen Standorten, sowie per Remotezugriff
• Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von IT‑Support‑Anfragen unserer internen Mitarbeitenden per Telefon, E‑Mail und Ticket‑System
• Analyse, Diagnose und Lösung von Hard‑ und Softwareproblemen sowie grundlegenden Netzwerkstörungen
• Unterstützung der Anwender:innen durch verständliche Anleitungen und Hilfestellungen zur Selbsthilfe
• Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Berechtigungen in unseren IT‑Systemen
• Strukturierte Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an höhere Support‑Level oder externe Dienstleister
• Nachverfolgung offener Tickets und Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen, effizienten Problemlösung
• Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer IT‑Support‑Prozesse

Qualifikation

FÄHIGKEITEN, DIE DU BENÖTIGST:

• Abgeschlossene IT‑bezogene Ausbildung, ein Studium im IT‑Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT‑Support oder Service Desk
• Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Betriebssysteme (insbesondere Windows, Mac OS von Vorteil)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude daran, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären
• Hohe Service‑ und Lösungsorientierung sowie Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
• Reisebereitschaft zur Installtaion von Hard- und Software an den Standorten in Deutschland
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift
