Aufgaben

Deine Rolle:

In Deiner Rolle stehst du für operative Exzellenz im IT‑Betrieb: Du hältst Systeme stabil, sicher und verfügbar und sorgst dafür, dass Technologie im Alltag zuverlässig unterstützt – pragmatisch, hands‑on und ohne Architektur‑Overhead.

IT‑Betrieb & Infrastruktur

• Betrieb, Wartung und Monitoring unserer IT‑Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Drucker, mobile Geräte)
• Administration von Windows‑ und/oder Linux‑Servern
• Betreuung von Backup‑ und Security‑Systemen
• Unterstützung bei Migrationen und Hardware‑Upgrades
• Pflege einer sauberen und nachvollziehbaren IT‑Dokumentation

Netzwerk & Security

• Planung, Einrichtung und Betrieb von LAN/WLAN
• Benutzer‑ und Rechteverwaltung
• Fehleranalyse und ‑behebung bei Störungen
• Umsetzung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Firewall, VPN, Antivirus)

DevOps‑nahe Tätigkeiten (operativ)

• Unterstützung bei Deployments und Releases
• Monitoring, Automatisierungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams
• Kein Architekturdesign – Fokus auf Betrieb & Umsetzung

Digitale Tools & SaaS

• Administration und Betreuung von SaaS‑Tools (z. B. Microsoft 365, Atlassian)

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Betreuung von Netzwerken (LAN/WLAN)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows‑ und/oder Linux‑Servern
• Erfahrung mit IT‑Security‑ und Backup‑Lösungen
• Praxis mit gängigen SaaS‑Tools (z. B. Microsoft 365, Atlassian)
• Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. VMware, Hyper‑V)
• Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Support von Mitarbeitenden
